It is a polymer material between plastic and rubber, with high elongation, wide hardness range, wide formula adjustment range, and good wear resistance and mechanical properties. The mechanical properties of PU: The hardness range of PU elastomer is relatively wide, from Show A10 to D80, with a single break elongation of 600% to 800%. The highest natural hardness of rubber is generally only A70, with a fracture and elongation of 550%. The tearing strength requirement for PU elastomers is very high, which is 2 to 5 times greater than natural rubber. PU elastomer has high rebound force and good shock absorption effect. PU elastomer has good wear resistance, which is 3 to 10 times that of natural rubber.

What are the characteristics of polyurethane board?

1. The scope of hardness research is wide. There is still some elongation and elasticity of rubber under high hardness. The hardness range of polyurethane board is show A10-D80.

2. High intensity. Due to its hardness, tear strength, tear strength, and load capacity, rubber is much higher than ordinary rubber. At high hardness, the impact strength and bending strength are much higher than those of plastics.

3. Wear resistant. The wear resistance is very good, generally within the range of 0.01~0.10 (CM3)/1.61 kilometers, which is about 3~5 times that of Chinese rubber.

4. Oil resistant. Polyurethane board is a highly polar organic polymer and its compounds, with low affinity for non-polar mineral oils, and is rarely corroded by fuel oil and engine oil.

5. Good resistance to oxygen and ozone.

6. Has good vibration absorption performance, vibration reduction, and buffering effect. In the mold design and manufacturing industry, replacing traditional rubber and springs. 7. Has good low-temperature performance.

8. Anti radiation. The performance of polyurethane in resisting high-energy radiation can be very good, and it still has a very satisfactory network performance under high radiation doses of 10-10.
