Breaking the current pattern of cold storage, innovating in cold storage design concepts, detail control, and material selection; The fourth is new technology. The irreversible increase in labor costs has made technology the primary factor driving the development of cold chain logistics; Five is new management. Domestic cold storage enterprises generally have extensive management, resulting in high electricity prices, frequent safety accidents, and short service life of cold storage. 

It is in this context that the management of the company believes at the meeting that the construction and application of cold storage is a multi-party system engineering that requires the joint participation and coordination of equipment, engineering, planning, construction, and user parties to ensure the effective and efficient construction and use of cold storage. 

At present, the pain point of cold storage is that the construction party does not understand the final usage situation, and the actual user cannot intervene in the planning stage when the cold storage has already been constructed. Doing a good job is a manifestation of ability, and overcoming work difficulties is the time when ability is greatly improved.

Finally, we must persistently carry out various tasks. Managers need to persevere and persist. Construction workers should not feel that the team is difficult to manage, because if they don't listen, they will give up management. No one's orders can be completely obeyed by others 100%.
