Widely used in various activity cold storage and civil cold storage. Especially suitable for situations with high insulation requirements, no moving position of warehouse door openings, and oversized door openings. The maximum size of a single door can reach 2.5m wide and 4.0m high.

Structural characteristics：

1. Door panel: The panel can be made of color steel plate or SUS304 stainless steel, and the door panel frame can be made of aluminum alloy profile with PVC cold bridge, making it difficult for the cold source on the inner surface of the door to run to the outside of the door. Polyurethane foam is used as a whole, with a density of 4.2kg/m3. The door panel has an angle steel structure frame inside, and the load-bearing parts are embedded with 6mm steel plates. The thickness of the door panel is 100mm to 200mm.

2. The hardware accessories of the door are all made of 304 stainless steel precision castings, and the double opening pivot door is equipped with double handle locks.

3. The door opening sealing frame is a high-strength aluminum alloy door frame with a size of 40mm * 220mm. It adopts a unique "floating open sinking closed" structure. When closed, the door body sealing strip is tightly pressed against the door frame to ensure sealing. When opened, the door body rises on its own, and the sealing strip leaves the ground and door frame, reducing wear and tear on the sealing strip and extending its service life.
