The newly developed YX-AZ heavy-duty electric sliding door is specially designed for large three-dimensional cold storage. Compared with ordinary cold storage, the doors of three-dimensional cold storage are higher and wider, resulting in a heavier door body. The YX-AZ series heavy-duty sliding door solves the operational problems caused by the heavier door body by improving the electrical control, structural components, and door hardware. It not only ensures thermal insulation effect, but also stable operational performance.

Structural characteristics：

1. Door panel: The door panel is made of fully 304 stainless steel integrated bending or color steel plate, with a PVC cold break bridge, which makes it difficult for the cold source on the inside of the door to run to the outside of the door, and the R18 arc angle on the side is more beautiful and less prone to damage. The outer side of the door panel is fully welded, and there is an angle steel structure frame inside the door panel. The load-bearing parts are all embedded with 6mm steel plates to ensure the strength of the door panel. Polyurethane integral foam, density ≥ 42kg/m3

2. Hardware accessories: all made of 304 stainless steel precision castings, equipped with our company's heavy-duty electric door special hanger. Compared with traditional square hangers, it is easier to install and has better verticality of the door body.

3. Guide rail device: The upper rail is an aluminum alloy heavy-duty rail with a capacity of 4.3 kg/m. The upper guide nylon wheel travels smoothly inside the rail and adopts a unique "floating open sinking closed" structure. When closed, the door body seal is tightly pressed against the door frame to ensure sealing. When opened, the door body rises on its own, and the seal separates from the door frame, reducing seal wear and extending service life. 5mm stainless steel flat steel can be used for positioning, with dual ground wheel guidance.

4. Sealing frame: The door opening sealing frame is made of 1.5mm stainless steel bent or high-strength aluminum alloy door frame, and has a cold bridge design that can accommodate heating wires.

5. Sealing strip: Made of low-temperature resistant, oil resistant, and high elasticity EPDM material.

6. Heating wire: using self limiting 220V or 36V low-voltage heating wire, automatic constant temperature.

7. Electronic Control System: Using original Japanese control chips to ensure system reliability, combined with brushless DC control technology, PLC functions are written into the DSP chip. The system combines energy-saving, environmentally friendly, low-voltage (36V), high torque, and permanent magnet DC motors into one system, and adopts frequency conversion, segmented positioning, automatic repair, and memory default throughout the process to achieve ideal control effects.

8. Floor heating: Our company's aluminum alloy floor heating threshold has a cover plate thickness of 4.5mm, good strength, and is not easily deformed when forklifts enter and exit. It can accommodate three heating lines.

9. Other configurations: The cold storage doors are equipped with safety escape devices. If the aesthetic requirements are particularly high, a track cover can be added; According to customer requirements, the inner door frame can be added to increase the strength of the door opening and improve its aesthetic appeal; And according to actual needs, it can expand geomagnetic induction, infrared induction, pull switch, etc.
