The newly developed YX-AM electric medium-sized sliding cold storage door is easy to install and stable for long-distance travel; Adopting DC brushless control technology, it can accurately control various action states of the door body, ensuring smooth operation of the door body.

Usage environment:

Suitable for cold storage rooms with temperatures ranging from -60 ℃ to+60 ℃, including refrigerated, frozen, frozen, shaded, and ambient temperature warehouses, with high versatility.

Structural characteristics：

1. Door panel: The door panel can be made of 304 stainless steel or color steel plate. The door panel frame is made of aluminum alloy profile and equipped with PVC cold bridge, which makes it difficult for the cold source on the inner surface of the door to escape to the outside of the door. Polyurethane foam is used as a whole, with a density of ≥ 42kg/m3. The door panel has an angle steel structure frame, and the load-bearing parts are embedded with 6mm steel plates.

2. Guide rail device: Both the upper and lower tracks are made of aluminum alloy profiles, and the upper guide nylon wheel travels smoothly inside the track. It adopts a unique "floating open sinking closed" structure. When closed, the door body sealing strip is tightly pressed against the door frame to ensure sealing. When opened, the door body rises on its own, and the sealing strip leaves the door frame, reducing the wear of the sealing strip and extending its service life.

3. Sealing frame: The door opening sealing frame is a high-strength aluminum alloy door frame with a cold bridge design that can accommodate heating wires.

4. Sealing strip: Made of low-temperature resistant, oil resistant, and high elasticity EPDM material.

5. Heating wire: using self limiting temperature 220V or 36V low-voltage heating strip, automatic constant temperature.

6. Hardware accessories: all made of 304 stainless steel precision castings, equipped with external door openers for easy opening, and can be added with internal door openers and external handles according to requirements.

7. Electronic control system: Using original Japanese control chips to ensure system reliability, combined with DC brushless control technology, PLC functions are written into the DSP chip. It adopts energy-saving, environmentally friendly, low-voltage (36V), high torque, permanent magnet DC motor combination as a system, and adopts kneading and frequency conversion, segmented positioning, automatic repair, and memory default throughout the process to achieve ideal control effect.

8. Other: The cold storage doors are equipped with safety escape devices. If there are particularly high aesthetic requirements, track covers can be added; According to customer requirements, an inner door frame can be added to increase the strength of the door opening and improve its aesthetic appeal. Additionally, magnetic induction, infrared induction, and pull switches can be expanded based on actual needs.
