Introduction:

Specially designed for low-temperature cold storage, the structure is simple, the exterior decoration is beautiful, the internal polyurethane foam is integral, and there is an escape safety device inside the door, which is safe and practical.  

Application scenarios:

Can be applied to various cold storage rooms, especially suitable for low-temperature cold storage, below minus 35 ℃.  

Applicable temperature:

-60℃~+50℃

Structural features:

1. Door panel: The panel is made of 304 stainless steel or color steel plate. The door panel frame is made of 1.5mm stainless steel bent parts with PVC cold bridges, which increases the strength of the door edge. The R18 arc angle is not only beautiful but also collision resistant. Polyurethane foam as a whole, with a density of 42kg/m3. The door panel has an angle steel structure frame inside, and the load-bearing parts are embedded with 6mm steel plates.

2. Guide rail device: Both the upper and lower tracks are made of aluminum alloy profiles, and the upper guide nylon wheel travels smoothly inside the track. It adopts a unique "floating open sinking closed" structure. When closed, the door body sealing strip is tightly pressed against the door frame to ensure sealing. When opened, the door body rises on its own, and the sealing strip leaves the door frame, reducing the wear of the sealing strip and extending its service life.

3. Sealing frame: For ultra-low temperature warehouses, while thickening the thickness of the door body, double sealing strips are used to effectively enhance the sealing effect.

4. Sealing strip: The unique aluminum alloy pressure strip inside the door sealing strip can be equipped with heating wires, especially suitable for low-temperature storage.

5. Hardware accessories: The door hardware accessories are all made of 304 stainless steel precision castings, and are usually equipped with external door openers for easy opening. Internal door openers and external handles can be added according to requirements.

6. Other configurations: Inner door frames, track covers, etc. can be added according to customer requirements to improve aesthetics.
