Introduction:

The sliding door of the controlled atmosphere cold storage is produced according to the design specifications of the controlled atmosphere cold storage, which fully meets the preservation requirements of various fruits, vegetables, flowers, etc.

Suitable for storing various fruits, vegetables, flowers, and other fresh food in a controlled atmosphere cold storage with high sealing performance.  

Applicable temperature:

-45 ℃~+50 ℃.

Structural features:

1. Door panel: The panel can be made of 304 stainless steel or color steel plate. The door panel frame is made of aluminum alloy profile and equipped with PVC cold bridge, which makes it difficult for the cold source on the inner surface of the door to escape to the outside of the door. Polyurethane foam as a whole, with a density of 42kg/m3. The door panel has an angle steel structure frame inside, and the load-bearing parts are embedded with 6mm steel plates.

2. Guide rail device: Both the upper and lower tracks are made of high-strength aluminum alloy profiles, and the upper guide nylon wheel travels smoothly inside the track. It adopts a unique "floating open sinking closed" structure. When closed, the door body seal is tightly pressed against the door frame to ensure sealing. When opened, the door body rises on its own, and the seal leaves the door frame, reducing seal wear and extending service life.

3. Sealing frame: The door opening sealing frame is made of high-strength aluminum alloy door frame, fully welded to ensure that the door frame does not leak air.

4. Hardware accessories: The hardware components of the warehouse door are all made of stainless steel precision castings, with high strength and corrosion resistance.

5. Adjustable window: Equipped with a 500 * 600 adjustable window for easy observation and sample taking.

6. Airtightness: According to the design specifications of the controlled atmosphere warehouse, the airtightness standard is: the empty warehouse detection pressure is 196Pa (20mmH2O), the inspection pressure reduction time is 20 minutes, and the inspection end pressure is greater than or equal to 78Pa (8mmH2O), which is qualified.
