Structural characteristics：

1. Sealing strip: Made of EPDM, it has good chemical stability, excellent durability and aging performance, wide temperature adaptability, and long-term working temperature of -40 ℃ -+120 ℃.

2. Door panel: Made of polyurethane and color steel plate or stainless steel panel foam, with a smooth appearance and good insulation performance; Thickness (mm): 100, 150.

3. Door frame: Made of high-strength aluminum alloy profiles, it is durable and overcomes the disadvantages of low strength and easy decay of wooden door frames; And it can be equipped with a self limiting temperature electric heating belt, without the need for temperature control or manual power switch.

4. Guide rail device: Special aluminum alloy variable line guide rail. When the door moves up and down, the guide wheel installed on the door panel presses the door towards the door frame at the corresponding position inside the aluminum alloy guide rail, so that the door can effectively ensure its sealing performance. Take corresponding measures on the guide rail and door panel to prevent chain breakage and ensure safety.

5. Weighting system: The counterweight blocks are made of Q235 material, and the weight is accurately calculated based on the weight of the door body; The counterweight system adopts stainless steel wire rope and is hidden in the counterweight boxes on both sides. The safety factor is designed to be 5 times, and the counterweight box and track system are integrated as a whole.

6. Transmission and Electronic Control: The controller adopts Texas Instruments DSP control chip, Fairchild power module from the United States, fully closed-loop space vector PWM control, and segmented position positioning through a German 1024 high-resolution encoder to form a six segment adjustable speed control, without the need to install limit switches. Using a permanent magnet servo motor as the power device, without the need for a reduction mechanism, the electric door is driven by a synchronous belt and equipped with a counterweight and anti fall device to ensure its safety and practicality. The controller comes with signal input and output signals, perfectly matching the three-dimensional cold storage of the automatic assembly line.
