Structural features:

1. Sealing strip: Made of EPDM, it has good chemical stability, excellent durability and aging performance, wide temperature adaptability, and long-term working temperature of -40 ℃ -+120 ℃.

2. Door panel: Made of polyurethane and color steel plate or stainless steel panel foam, with a smooth appearance and good insulation performance.

3. Door frame: Made of high-strength aluminum alloy profiles, durable and equipped with self limiting temperature electric heating belts, without the need for temperature control or manual power switch.

4. Guide rail device: Both the upper and lower tracks are made of aluminum alloy profiles, and the upper guide nylon wheel travels smoothly inside the track. It adopts a unique "floating open sinking closed" structure. When closed, the door body sealing strip is tightly pressed against the door frame to ensure sealing. When opened, the door body rises on its own, and the sealing strip leaves the door frame, reducing the wear of the sealing strip and extending its service life.

5. Sealing frame: The door opening sealing frame is a high-strength aluminum alloy door frame with a cold bridge design that can accommodate heating wires.

6. Hardware accessories: all made of 304 stainless steel precision castings, equipped with external door openers for easy opening, and can be added with internal door openers and external handles according to requirements.

7. Electrical control system: All motors, control boxes, and pipelines are equipped with Ex explosion-proof products, designed and configured strictly in accordance with explosion-proof specifications to eliminate safety hazards in the usage environment.

8. Other: The cold storage doors are equipped with safety escape devices. If there are particularly high aesthetic requirements, track covers can be added; According to customer requirements, an inner door frame can be added to increase the strength of the door opening and improve its aesthetic appeal. Additionally, magnetic induction, infrared induction, and pull switches can be expanded based on actual needs.
